My Intention

I have been practicing holistic healing for nearly 25 years. So, I designed this website with the intention of helping others achieve wellness through holistic recommendations.

Holistic healing encompasses the foods we eat, exercise, and mental lightness through meditation, yoga and other forms of energy healing. Educating ourselves gives us the tools for self-growth on all levels: spiritual, emotional and physical, bringing a new perspective for a healthier, more peaceful life.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a science that deals with the principal that the reflex points on your hands, feet and ears correspond  to every organ, gland and system of our body. Reflexology promotes  healing by stimulating the central  nervous system  and encouraging the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid. Reflexology not only quells the sensation of pain, but relieves the source of pain as well. Reflexology helps with every aliment in the body from chronic neck & back pain, migraines, asthma,  sinus  &  intestinal issues, whatever needs to be addressed.

Reiki

Reiki, in Japanese, means universal life force

The knowledge that an unseen energy flows through all living things and is connected directly to health has been part of the wisdom ,of many cultures since ancient times.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing energy flowing through you . Reiki treats the mind, body and spirit . Reiki  creates relaxation and feelings of peace raising your frequency, and immune system making us less vulnerable to illness .  

Reiki and the Meridians

A Reiki treatment will balance the yin and yang and facilitate a smooth flow of Chi through the meridian system. Blockages in meridians can be dissolved by Reiki and help restore the body’s healthy flow of Chi.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

The gentle touch of lymphatic drainage soothes and calms the central nervous system. Improving sleep, calming anxiety , alleviating stress and tension. The proper functioning of the lymph system is crucial for our ability to detoxify and regenerate tissue. The lymphatic system filters out toxins , reducing inflammation and helps maintain a healthy immune system.  

CranioSacral Therapy

Cranio Sacral Therapy is a gentle noninvasive form of body work allowing the body to relax, realign and self correct.  Cranio Sacral Therapy  works within  the central nervous system  releasing  tensions deep within . Using a gentle touch – Renee Marie will evaluate your internal environment feeling and following your Craino rhythm  using a  distinctive light-touch technique to release restrictions . Naturally eliminating pain and stress , strengthens resistance to disease enhancing your  health on all levels  physical ,emotional and spiritual. 

 Cranio Sacral Therapy is so gentle it is effective for all ages, newborns to elders..

Cranial sacral therapy seeks to restore the natural position of the bones and can decrease  stress from chronic injuries as well as provide relief from past and present trauma  tailbone,  hip pain ,  frozen shoulder,  migraines, headaches, TMJ , neck & back pain, and more.
